Skokie, Illinois-based Vista Senior Living Management said Monday it acquired the facility, now renamed as Eden Vista Edina.
The infostealer was delivered via CVE-2026-48558, a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in SimpleHelp.
The push comes as the Delray Beach company faces governance criticism, leadership turnover, and ongoing regulatory and financial pressures.
Microsoft will end support for its .NET 8 and .NET 9 platforms on November 10, 2026. The company advises current users of those platforms to upgrade to .NET 10.
